Out On Bay Street’s Annual Conference is Canada’s Largest LGBTQ+ Student Conference

This year’s theme looks back at the beginning of where it began and focuses on you, the delegate, as you start out towards the next chapter of your professional and personal pathway. It is about reflection and taking action, celebrating the journey of where you started and where you aspire to be.

The Annual Conference gives students the opportunity to meet professionals and employers and learn more about LGBTQ+ issues in the workplace. You will be able to build your professional network, find mentors, and secure job opportunities through workshops, panels, receptions, and a career fair.
