Michael Mirpuri is an International BBA candidate (2011) at the Schulich School of Business at York University. He has also just completed an International Exchange Program (2010 Winter) at IESEG School of Management in Lille, France. Within the School community, Michael continues to contribute many hours as a Schulich Ambassador. Furthermore, he has held executive positions for several years within the University’s Organizations which include; the York University Finance & Industry Club (YUFIC), Schulich Charity Association and the Schulich LGBT Group. In addition to maintaining a strong GPA and school involvement, he has gained experience at; TD Bank as a Customer Service Representative, as an Intern in TD Business Banking and at Starbucks Coffee Company as both a partner and a supervisor, for numerous years up till his departure for his semester abroad. His current accomplishment includes securing an internship for the summer of 2010 at Deloitte Canada within the Audit, Financial Institutions Business Unit. In his 3rd year as an executive of Out on Bay Street and a new member of the Board of Directors, Michael’s focus is the long-term success of the organization.
